Story
I'm Raising money for Cancer Research UK in memory of Jenni Muston, sadly taken far too early by oesophageal cancer. Jenni was an amazing woman and very close friend to my wife; her loss has been felt so hard by all those who knew her. My wife is running 5 ultra Marathons in her memory linked here - Sophia Haywood is fundraising for Cancer Research UK (justgiving.com)
Please give what you can, you get 5 events for the price of 1:
April 24 – 100 Press ups each day.
15-4-24 – Guernsey Marathon + 100 press ups!
28-4-24 – THE BACKYARD ULTRA (4.16 miles, every hour for 12 hours) + 100 press ups!!
15-6-24 – The Welsh Trail Marathon.
12-7-24 – The Cheshire College Way (A bespoke 37-mile, self-supporting trail run linking all 3 Cheshire College Campuses).
I may even throw in one more, August is looking empty!
I only met Jenni briefly, she was an amazing person and a very, very dear friend to my wife who, like all those who knew her, feels her loss so heavily. Jenni spoke 5 languages, ran sub 3-hour marathons, and was an active Triathlete. She took Cross-fit to another level and had a level of fitness and endurance I can only aspire to. A true hero and as Sophie would say “Wonder Woman”.
Please give what you can in memory/support of an amazing person & charity, in the hope one day we can tell Cancer to go _ _ _ _ itself!
Nick
