I would imagine that this will come as a big a shock to most of you as it is for myself, but I have been talked into signing up to run the Cardiff Half Marathon in October with Somerset Passenger Solutions, and whilst I’m not new to a jog, the thought of running over 13 miles is a pretty daunting prospect.

Please don’t feel as though you are obliged to sponsor me, but if you were able to spare a few pounds, then it would be much appreciated and would help with some much needed funding for The Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.

I’m supporting DSAA as they receive no direct funding from the Government or the National Lottery and rely on the generosity of the public for support. Their operational costs are over £5 million a year and the approximate cost per mission is £3,000.
