We're back!

Another year and another not one but two marathons(!) to self-flagellate myself with this spring. Starting with the Paris marathon on 13th April and ending with the London Marathon on 27th April Im once again punishing myself for past transgressions and raising money for an incredible cause courtesy of Alzheimer's Heroes and Alzheimer's Research UK.

Big shout out to George and his motley crew running Paris with us before the big celebration of the London Marathon and George completing his 6 marathons in a year challenge (vs my measly 3!).

Im appealing for everybody who knows me to dig deep and donate, show your love and support and get behind me and the team for this big final push over the line as we try our best to give everything we have to this cause of trying to find a cure for this cruel disease.
