I am taking part in the Cheshire Dash 2024 - a 100 mile cycle ride to raise funds for Together for Short Lives.

Together for Short Lives are a charity that exists to work towards a future where every seriously ill child, and their family, receives high quality children’s palliative care when and where they need it.

Every penny you donate will go towards the work they do to provide support for families, uniting the sector, and campaigning for change.

With your help, Together for Short Lives will make sure that no family faces the journey of their child's short life alone and can instead treasure every moment they have.

I am not cycle fit, and have only been out on my bike three times in the last 12 months...but heh...100 miles of discomfort is but a small sacrifice!
