Every day we all see the appalling conditions in Ukraine as a result of the unprovoked Russian invasion and the ongoing war, and, inspired by a recent talk we all attended, which was given by someone who had himself participated twice in the programme, the four of us are keen to help in any small way possible. The country is desperate for resources – medical supplies, generators, blankets, etc and of course for 4WD vehicles to aid transportation and actively help on the front line with the extraction of wounded, resupply etc. It has been calculated that each gifted vehicle saves the lives of 4 people.

This is where, with your support, Pickups for Peace (P4P) can assist. This amazing charity arranges for volunteers to fund the purchase of 4WD vehicles and to deliver them to Ukraine filled with urgently needed aid supplies. As of February 2025 , P4P have delivered 525 vehicles trucks fully loaded with vital equipment.

Our goal is to raise enough money to buy two vehicles and the aid supplies to go in them, and then to drive them some 1,300 miles across Europe to deliver them to Lviv in Western Ukraine.

We wanted to stop just feeling sorry for the poor people of Ukraine and to do something positive to actually help them. Your contribution will help us to do so.
