12 adventurous self funded trekkers are walking the Primitivo Camino in Northern Spain - said to be the most arduous of the many routes to Santiago de Compostela in September 2023 raising funds for Care for the Family.

Care for the Family has been supporting us over the last 24 years following the death of our 19yr old son James in an RTA. His passing changed our lives forever - however through the positive guidance of the Bereaved Parent Support we somehow survived and eventually became volunteers and were able to use our 'unenviable' experience to metaphorically 'walk' with other bereaved parents through their own tragic journey.
