I am currently completing a placement with Headway Cardiff and as part of 'The Headway Cardiff 100!' campaign, I will be taking a plunge (literally) by doing a skydive with Skydive Swansea.

I am aiming to raise £500 for Headway for the amazing work that they do. Headway is an organisation that provides support and services to individuals with an acquired brain injury as well as their families and carers. Headway runs an Independence and Wellbeing Centre, Community Social & Activity Groups, Welfare Benefits & Counselling Services, and monthly Family and Friends group. My aim is to try to support them in continuing these services along with the other inspiring work that they do.
