Story

SSJ will be opening the Re-set project during 2023 to provide a learning pathway for individuals that they support who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.

Many vulnerable adults that SSJ work with have past and undiagnosed trauma linked to chronic parental conflict, substance misuse, child abuse and/or domestic abuse/violence in childhood.

It is hardly surprising therefore that as adults, these individuals feel completely disenfranchised from anything that resembles education, when, as children, the backdrop for these negative experiences was having to go to school every day, in a state of stress and anxiety, and face the consequences of their resulting poor behaviour.

SSJ need £85K per year to keep this valuable project going. Please help me to raise funds for them by giving generously to my campaign.
