2024 is NewstrAid’s 185th birthday and to mark this special year we are organising a Summer Raffle to raise funds for families from the newstrade who are facing financial or emotional difficulties.
Although the charity was launched way back in 1839, our commitment to supporting people from the newspaper and magazine industry remains constant. Many people from our industry are currently struggling to make ends meet or are facing mental health challenges and all proceeds from the raffle will be used to help colleagues who are going through a difficult time.
