Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. This is unacceptable!

We are fundraising for Brain Tumour Research as they are the only national charity dedicated to funding long-term, sustainable research in the UK. Please help me fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.

From a personal perspective, Team NETA has chosen to support this charity as our Quality & Compliance Manager's 34-year-old niece, who has two children aged 2 and 8 months, has recently been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. Sadly, because of where the tumour is, there is little that can be done for her. However, we are hoping that she will be put forward for a new drug that has just passed clinical trials in America, which will give her more time to spend with her young family.
