Net Zero Heroes 2025 Dumball fundraising for Teenage Cancer Trust

Teenage Cancer Trust is one of Dumball Rally 2025’s chosen charities and, in this final Dumball, we are honoured to be driving in memory of Adam Horn and raising funds for young people with cancer.
In 2000 Adam was one of the many individuals battling with Leukaemia. In 2007, Adam and Colin participated in the Dumball rally, while Suz joined the documentary team to film Adam's experience. Despite being in a wheelchair, Adam was a big part of the rally, describing the Dumball as the best week of his life! Over the 7 years he fought Leukaemia, Teenage Cancer Trust showcased the incredible impact they have on the journeys of teenagers facing this awful disease.
The 2025 Dumball Rally will see a band of intrepid fundraisers take a fleet of old bangers to Majorca - in full fancy dress - covering over 4000km in 7 days. It’s a carnival of mayhem on wheels - a true test of idiocy, fun and endurance!
We, Suz, Su and Matt, now have the small matter of converting an old, not particularly reliable car into something we can live in and drive from the UK to Mallorca via some ludicrous roads! All the while sourcing uniquely bonkers ways to offset the old banger’s voyage on this momentous adventure!
Cancer doesn't just devastate a young person's health. It threatens to take away everything they care about their identity, independence, and dreams.
Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words you have cancer. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing the specialised nursing care and support they need to get through it. Teenage Cancer Trust funds specialist nurses, youth support teams and hospital units within the NHS to provide the very best care and support during treatment and beyond, making sure cancer doesn't stop young people from living their lives.

The documentary was created to be shared as a representative tool for living life in the present moment. Demonstrating that whether you’re inside or outside the cancer world you can face your fears and live a life worthwhile; facing chaos head-on with humour and spirit regardless of your circumstances.

We'd be delighted if you could support us with a donation, however small!
We fund the Rally ourselves so all donations go straight to the charity.
