Story
The Net Gain Club are hosting the Edale Skyline Challenge - a 20-mile hike across the Peak District.
We've teamed up with PTSD UK to create a specialist support service for the families affected by the Southport tragedy. PTSD UK is the only UK charity dedicated to the education about and awareness raising of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, it's causes, symptoms & the treatments available - no matter the trauma that caused it.
With the funds raised, we'll be supporting the creation of a major incident support service where people affected by horrific tragedies and any other trauma can go to find out more about the help that PTSD UK provide.
PTSD UK's mission is to provide support and information for anyone affected by PTSD (and their friends and family). They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of the condition and treatments available.
The Net Gain Club is a property membership community where people who develop homes and houses come together to learn, support each other and create friendship and business networks. We have a strong focus on giving back and raising funds for great charitable causes.
We'll undertake the 20-mile route with guides to support those who are taking part. The route will takes us on a high-level adventure across several peaks around the vast and impressive Edale Skyline.
We'll summit Brown Knoll, Mam Tor, Back Tor, Lose Hill and Win Hill whilst climbing over 1,100m of total height gain.
