This year I am taking part in what will be more than likely my last Great North Run, after 15 years, the mind is still willing but my body is telling me it is time to stop.

Also this year, completely out of my comfort zone, I will be taking part in Strictly Queenscourt, a take on the hit T.V programme Strictly Comes Dancing. Those that know me, will know, that dancing is not a strong point, so all donations will be an added incentive to perform on the night.

Due to the impact of Coronavirus we are experiencing a significant loss of income which as a small charity with a BIG reach will hit us hard.
