Hey everyone! I’m excited to be running the 2025 London Landmarks Half Marathon.

This time, I’ll be running for Prost8, a charity that is dedicated to ensuring better lifestyle outcomes for men, following prostate cancer treatments. The funds I raise will be donated towards Prost8's campaign to buy, donate and deploy at least six minimally invasive focal therapy treatment suites for prostate cancer into strategic NHS hospitals across the UK.

In the next 10 years, 500,000 men will receive a new prostate cancer diagnosis in the UK and about a third will have a medium grade, treatable cancer. They could benefit from new minimally invasive treatments called focal ablation and Prost8 aim to make this more accessible for 1000's more men, this year, next year and every year.
