Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

A group of 25 will be cycling almost 100 miles a day in a group for 3 days in late September from Bristol to London to raise money for The Drinks Trust, and in memory of Philip Tuck MW.

The Drinks Trust is the charity dedicated to the drinks and hospitality workforce. It strives to empower our industry people through services designed to assist financially, restore well-being and develop skills, and to do so with compassion and respect. In doing so, The Drinks Trust seeks to create an equitable industry where opportunities to thrive are open to all.

• In Q1 & Q2 of 2024, The Drinks Trust spent £130,000 supporting individuals facing financial hardship

• In the same months, our Support Line received 680 calls from industry colleagues

• In the first 6 months of the year, The Drinks Trust trained over 280 students through our DEVELOP programme

2023 the Harvest Tour team raised collectively £26,000 for The Drinks Trust, which allowed the charity to help over 600 people by:

• covering the costs of 100 fully funded counselling sessions

• covering the cost of 530 calls to the 24/7 confidential Supportline

• providing 10 people with significant emergency grants towards the cost of their rent and energy bills to allow them to stay warm and avoid eviction from their homes
