Story

I am taking part in the 2025 TCS London Marathon to raise money for Bone Cancer Research Trust. Please support me today!

My mum died on 3rd June 2024 6 days after she was diagnosed with bone cancer . She was only 76. The rate at which it took my mum meant many of her family and friends never got a chance to say goodbye. To witness first hand the brutality of this disease has inspired me to help in some small way so that other families don’t go through what I have.

The people that work at The Bone Cancer Research Trust work tirelessly to find ways of beating this cancer so any money you donate will help massively. I often saw on the TV terrible stories of how cancer affects peoples lives but like many thought it would never happen to me, but sadly it has. The harsh reality is it will happen to many others so please donate what you can
