For my marathon run this year I'm raising funds for a charity doing some amazing work with men - running 72 hour trips away in the wilderness called an XCC - eXtreme Character Challenge - a Mind Body Soul Adventure for men: a place where men are challenged and changed - it’s a bit like a bloke's 'MOT'. I've completed XCC myself with friends. It really has brought about extraordinary impact in the lives of countless men from a huge range of walks of life - and for their families and communities men. XCC is run by a charity called 4MUK, and it takes a huge effort to run the work. I'd like to raise funds to help men who can't afford the cost to go on these weekends. I'll be running my marathon in the hills near Cardiff, on some challenging terrain. So thanks for considering to sponsor my run for 4MUK.
