I'm going again!

In June 2017, I left the start line of my first triathlon in the harbour in Bridport, and needed the rescue boat to get back to dry land. You wouldn't catch me doing something daft like that again.

8 years later, I intend to actually do some swimming training. And the swimming leg is in a pool, not the sea.

I have been inspired by the fantastic work that Southampton Hospitals Charity do, providing the funding to make spaces more patient-friendly, entire refurbs of wards, funding research programmes, and loads more beside.

And I started work for them a couple of weeks ago, too.
