Story

Team Orkneyinga Saga are a group of 6 riders Norman McLennan,Garry Coltherd,Trevor Kinghorn,Martin Flett,Eoin Cursiter & Neil Croy Leaving Orkney on Friday 1st March to Aberdeen We will then be cycling 1850 miles from Aberdeen to the Piazza Navona in Rome from 2nd to the 8th March.

We are one of 22 teams starting from all over UK and Europe converging on Rome for the Scotland vs Italy 6 Nations rugby match.

On the 9th March, the day after we arrive in Rome, all Teams and riders can honour the memory of Doddie by marching from Piazza del Popolo to Stadio Olimpico to watch the match between Italy and Scotland.
