When we learned earlier this year that our dear sister / sister-in-law Debra had been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, we felt compelled to do something to aid the research into new treatments to slow or stop progression of this disease.

We enjoy walking on a daily basis so thought we could push ourselves a bit further (quite a bit further really!) and each walk 1,000,000 steps in July with a view to raising much needed funds.
