Crossfit Valiant was keen to support this event and have pulled together a mixed team to compete.

We are hoping we can use our own Concept2 rowers, which we have loaned to MacMillan for the event!!

Rowing is part of our workout profile so hopefully we won't let ourselves down in the competition.
