Story
As a microbiologist I understand the need for clean water for all. In the 21st century it is unacceptable that over 703 million people are still living without access to clean water.
I am going to be running around the streets of London on the 21st April to raise funds for WaterAid. Please help me by donating your small (or large) change to this cause, and lets try and reduce the amount of people who have to play Russian Roulette every time they take a drink!
WaterAid is an international not-for-profit, determined to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. Only by tackling these three essentials in ways that last can people change their lives for good.
Clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene should be a normal part of everyone’s daily life. Without all three, people can’t live dignified, healthy lives. With all three, they can unlock their potential, break free from poverty and change their lives for good.
