In Memory of My Sister: Continuing the Journey for Mental Health Awareness - Isle Listen.
This year, I’m pushing myself further, both physically and mentally, to continue raising funds and awareness for mental health. In memory of my sister, I will be taking on a new challenge: 500 press-ups, 500 pull-ups, and cycling 50 miles a day for five consecutive days. It’s a tough challenge, but it’s nothing compared to the fight so many face each day battling mental health conditions without the support they need.
Starts: Saturday 28th September at 09:00AM - Wednesday 3rd October 09:00AM. Check out live updates on my Instagram page: neil allcote.
I am doing this to honor my sister’s memory, to help those still struggling, and to make sure that no one else has to go through what she did. If you can, please donate to my fundraiser—your contribution will go directly to Isle Listen, supporting mental health and ensuring that those in need don’t fall through the cracks.
Last year, I raised £6,500 to a Manx charity, Isle Listen. I took on a deeply personal challenge—walking 102 miles around the Isle of Man in memory of my beloved sister, who tragically lost her life to a mental health condition. Her passing shook our family to the core, especially knowing that the help she desperately needed never came. To honor her memory and raise awareness for mental health, I completed the walk over seven days during one of the most emotionally charged times of the year: the festive season.
All proceeds will be going to a Manx charity, Isle Listen.

Thank you for your support. Let’s make sure no one ever has to walk this path alone.
