3332 Miles in 128 Days: Running in Memory of Conor
On January 25th, I’ll begin an extraordinary challenge: running 3332 miles over 128 days—the equivalent of a marathon every day while balancing my 9-5 job. This distance symbolizes running from Newcastle, where I live, to New York, the place my brother Conor always dreamed of living.
I lost Conor to suicide when I was 18, and running became my way of coping during life’s toughest moments. Now, I’m using running not only as a personal journey but to honor his memory and raise awareness for suicide prevention.
I’m raising funds for If U Care Share and Samaritans, two incredible organizations that provide life-saving support and resources for those in need. Their work ensures that no one has to face their struggles alone, and I want to do my part in supporting them.
The challenge will end on June 2nd—Conor’s birthday. Every mile I run is for him and for those who need hope and help.
Your support means everything—whether it’s a donation, a share, or following my journey. Together, we can make a difference and save lives. Thank you.
