My name is Nazmeen 👋🧕

A little about me— my faith has always been my safe space alhamdulillah, the peace and guidance in my life. Over the years, my journey has been shaped by the people and places that have nurtured my love for Islam, and Darrul Qurra Masjid has been at the heart of that journey.

I am reaching out with a heartfelt request to help support Darrul Qurra Masjid 🕌 a place that holds deep meaning for me and so many others in our community. This masjid is more than just a building—it’s a home for worship, a center for learning, and a place where people from all walks of life come together to seek peace, guidance, and connection with Allah 📚✍️

For me personally, the masjid has been amazing. It has provided me with a space to pray, reflect, and strengthen my Islamic knowledge, but beyond that, it has given me a sense of purpose and belonging.

One of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had here is being able to sing nasheeds and take part in gatherings for sisters, where we come together to remember Allah, share knowledge, and uplift one another. These gatherings have been truly special to me—there is something incredibly powerful about being in a space where we can express our love for our deen through voice and community, where every word and every melody carries a reminder of Allah’s mercy.

I have experienced moments of deep spiritual connection within its walls, and I have seen countless others—young and old—finding their own path to Allah here. I’ve witnessed children taking their first steps in learning to recite the Quran, adults sitting at the feet of some of the most knowledgeable shayookh, and a community that never hesitates to help those in need.

This masjid truly embodies what it means to be a family, a source of light, and a pillar of hope. It is a place where hearts are softened, minds are enlightened, and souls are nurtured. But this sacred space cannot continue to thrive without our support.

I urge each and every one of you to help grow this beautiful place of learning. Allah, the Almighty, reminds us in the Quran:

"And spend out of what We have given to you before death overtakes one of you, and he says: ‘My Lord, would You not delay me for a short while, so that I should pay sadaqah and become one of the righteous?’" (Surah Al-Munafiqun 63:10)

Let’s not be among those who regret not giving when we had the chance. Every penny you give is an investment in your akhirah, a form of sadaqah jariyah that will continue to benefit you long after you're gone.
