Story

Asalamualaikum, I hope everyone is well. On the 26th August 2023 I will be running 5km to help raise funds for the orphans in Gaza.

For 1 in 5 children worldwide living in extreme poverty, many of these simple necessities and rights are out of reach. Instead, their life is incredibly challenging, with the risk of illiteracy, disease, child labour, lifelong poverty and even death. Every child deserves the best start in life: a happy home, a safe place to play and access to quality education, medical care, and nutrition.

After decades of blockades and conflict, children in Gaza has been left without families and support.

£480 can support 1 orphan for a whole year

£960 can support 2 orphans for a whole year

£2,400 can support 5 orphans for a whole year

Don't feel ashamed when giving little for charity; that is because there is always goodness in giving no matter how little. The Prophet (SAW) said "The charity you give will be your shade on the Day of Judgement" and that "Charity does not decrease wealth".

Please share and donate, the smallest donations are greatly appreciated. Jazakallah Khairan 🤍
