We are a group of 12 undertaking the National 3 Peaks Challenge in June 2025 where we aim to climb the 3 highest UK mountain peaks in just 24 hours. Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England & Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) in Wales.

We are raising money for Pathways Counselling who offer free counselling via a team of 40 plus trained & training counsellors & therapists to the people of Pembrokeshire. Mental health needs are growing in Wales as they are in the rest of the UK & the NHS cannot keep up with the demand meaning very long waiting lists. Pathways offer a solution for those desperately needing support.
