On 30th June / 1st July, Team P&A will be taking on the National Three Peaks 24 hour Challenge. The aim being to get up and down Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in under 24 hours. With a combined elevation of 11,178 feet and sleep deprivation this won't be an easy feet.

We are doing this because Dementia UK need our help to raise much needed funds to support people suffering with Dementia and their families.
