Backpacking has been a passion of mine for so much of my life and I fell in love with climbing big mountains in 2015. My mom taught me (almost!) everything that I know about the outdoors and backpacking. We started going together when I was 7 years old. We still go together to this day and now my wife and our Great Pyrenees tag along as we explore the mountains of our home state of Colorado and beyond. In 2015, I went on a guided mountaineering trip in South America, and have been swooning over summiting big mountains ever since! Two summers ago, I summited Mount Baker in Washington for my bachelor “party” with my two best friends. This summer, I am going to attempt Mount Rainier. As it turns out, Amazon has an awesome program, which provides the opportunity to do a guided climbing trip with my coworkers. We are so pumped for our trip and we need your support!

In partnership with world-class International Mountain Guides, WNPF is orchestrating a unique fundraising climb of Mount Rainier. Proceeds from our fundraising efforts will support search and rescue operations in Mount Rainier, Olympic, and North Cascades National Parks.
