I'm taking part in the By Your Side Challenge by completing 10,000 steps a day throughout the month, on top of the 10,000 steps I will be running an extra 4 miles every of February and raising as much as I can to support the life-saving work of Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.

LNAA's team of doctors and paramedics carry life-saving equipment on board the helicopter and critical care cars which means they take an emergency department directly to the scene of some of the most serious incidents in Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire.

Whether beachside, roadside or in the countryside, day or night, they are by your side when you need them most.

The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is one of the UKs leading Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) Charities, funded purely by the generosity of people like you! They are not part of the NHS and not funded by the Government, and with each mission costing an average of £4,000, the charity needs to raise in excess of £10million each year.
