On the 3rd July the Mind Walk will fly the flag for mental health. Across South East Essex, we'll be walking for mental health, for support and respect.

Story

In June, I'll be walking 43 miles from Ladybower Reservoir to Derby as part of the Mind Your Step event to support the charity Mind!
