I am running a number of events this year, including the Cardiff Half Marathon and the Ring O' Fire 135 mile ultra-marathon and thought why not try and raise some money for a good cause in the process.

I am raising money with four others who are also doing the Cardiff Half. Missing People are the only UK charity dedicated to reconnecting missing people with their loved ones. With someone reported missing every 90 seconds in the UK, this cause is more urgent than ever.
