Story

In April 2024, I will be participating in the London Landmarks Half marathon to raise funds for Rethink Mental Illness.

It is so important to have access to resources and support. That's why I am running this half marathon - to help Rethink Mental Illness continue their mission of improving the lives of those affected by severe mental health issues.

Mental illnesses are a cruel and ever present problem that took our friend far too soon which is why, to me, its so important to raise money and help put a stop to situations like these happening again.

On the 15th November 2021 I lost one of my close friends Jamie as a result of mental illness. Jay's passing came as a shock to everyone around him as he was such a well respected, loved and all round amazing friend who shared a passion for fitness and keeping himself in shape. His drive and desire to fulfil all his ideas was something to admire which is why i'm running this half marathon and I aim to raise a significant amount of money in his memory. Any donations that you are able to make will be hugely appreciated and thank you for giving me your time to read through this message.
