Story

I have somehow agreed to throw myself out of a aeroplane on Friday 24th May! It is certainly way out of my comfort zone but hopefully hurtling towards the ground at 150mph will help raise vital funds to help Lamp continue in their amazing work in helping people in our region that are suffering from mental health concerns get their lives back on track.

About the charity

Mental Health is complex. Our advocacy work involves, listening, guiding, planning, supporting and ensuring their needs are properly considered. Mental Health cannot be ‘cured’ with one conversation, it takes time to form trust. Our advocates devote hours, days, months to provide the best support.
