Story

We are members of Falmouth Running Club and we are taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon in April 2024, to raise much needed and vital funds for Cornwall Hospice Care.

Please help us to make a difference and keep the amazing nurses giving much needed care to those people living with a terminal illness in Cornwall right now.

Cornwall Hospice Care is a Cornish healthcare charity that provides professional end-of-life care for people with terminal illnesses and support to their loved ones. We have two Cornish hospices, Mount Edgcumbe in St Austell and St Julia’s in Hayle.

On average 370 patients are admitted to their wards each year and around 1/3 of patients can be supported to return to their home or care home.

Just £24, helps fund an hospice nurse for 1 hour, £38 could help to fund one lymphoedema appointment and £56 can help to fund one specialist doctor for 1 hour.

With support from people like yourselves we can continue to help every day matter

A donation of any amount would be very much appreciated.

Thankyou all for your support.
