Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

So we’ve only gone and got ourselves a place each to take part in the London Marathon 2024. We must be mad right? 🫢

As most of you know, in May 2023, our beautiful mum lost her battle with stage 4 cancer after a 2.5 year fight. On that day our worlds were shattered. She was so brave and put up such a fight, it’s left a huge hole in all our hearts. 💔

St Luke’s Hospice cared for our mum till the very end and we will forever be so grateful for the care and support they gave to both her and us at such a devastating time.

Nichola and I are total beginners when it comes to running.. not like mum, who was a regular runner and a total natural at it. She knew we had applied and was adamant that we raise money for such an amazing charity. We feel that if she could go through everything she did and never complain, then we can surely run 26.2 miles in her honour.

We hope she is looking down on us and is proud of what we are challenging ourselves to do 💛
