Last September at the age of 48, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After several months of treatment, I am making a good recovery but would now like to help others who are finding themselves in similar circumstances to mine. Having spoken to a few friends who have also recently experienced breast cancer at a young age, we have got together to arrange our first fundraiser event to raise money for the charity Breast Cancer Now.
