On the 7th June 2024 I was diagnosed with treatble not curable Gallbladder cancer.

I plan to cycle 600 miles over the next few months to raise funds for the incredible hospital teams who cover the Sheffield Hospitals.

My incredible colleagues at work have now pledged to ride, swim, walk and run 600 miles between them. Therefore covering a distance of 1200 miles.

The treatment,care and support I have received at The Northern General has been incredible.

As those who know me I love a mission and I would like to demonstrate to my children that this disease will not define me and we will make the best of every day we have together.
