We are utterly heartbroken to have to share the news that on Tuesday 14th November, after being seriously failed by the professionals that were meant to help her, our darling daughter Ella lost her battle with mental health. Her heart stopped beating in my arms in the early hours of the morning.

It goes without saying that we are struggling beyond words.

If it wasn't for the Air Ambulance (and all the emergency responders who came to us that afternoon) we would not have had an opportunity to hold her one last time. They gave her the best chance and managed to get her heart restated. Unfortunately the damage had already been done. We are grateful that our beautiful baby got to pass in the arms of her mummy with those that loved her surrounding her.
