We give young people mindfulness skills to support lifelong wellbeing/mental health

Story

I am participating in the ASICS London 10K 2024 marathon to raise funds for MiSP, a charity that is close to my heart. As an active member of the non-exec board, I am deeply passionate about supporting children and those who care for them to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Now more than ever, with an increasing number of young people in need of support, the work of MiSP is crucial.

Getting back into running after having my daughter has been a challenge, both physically and mentally, but it's a goal worth pursuing. I will be joined by MISP colleagues Emily and Lucy as we take on this challenge together. Your support means the world to us as we strive to make a difference for those who need it. Together, let's make a positive impact on the lives of children and their caregivers.
