Myself and my sister in law Clare are taking part in the Birmingham Hospice memory walk.

As many of you know this is where my brother Rhys Grant spent his final days and the support and care they provided him with and us as a family with amazing!

This is our way of being able to give something back and would really appreciate any donations.

With your help, over 1,000 local people living with a terminal diagnosis can be cared for by Birmingham Hospice at any one time. It costs over £16 million a year to fund our services, over 40% of which needs to be covered through fundraised income. That’s why the money you raise is so important; it ensures that our specialist care and support is available for more people and their families, at a time when they need it the most.
