On 2nd November I will be taking on a 24 hour WOD-A-THON in memory of service personnel who sacrificed all.
From 11am on Saturday 2nd of November until 11am on Sunday 3rd of November myself and others from our amazing CrossFit community will be taking on a different challenging workout every hour whilst wearing a 7kg weighted vest.
Each workout is dedicated to a member of the armed forces who were either killed whilst deployed or died due to suicide.
In a world filled with challenges, veterans deserve unwavering support and Walking with the wounded are here to provide mental health, employment and care coordination programmes to help them get back on their feet.
