Story

Hi, I’m Natalie Jones, Wellbeing Operations Manager at Mental Health Matters Wales.

This May, I’ll be walking 5,000 steps every single day to raise vital funds for our Dementia Hub — a place close to my heart and inspired by someone even closer: my Nan, who lived with dementia.

Every step I take is for her — and for every family navigating the challenges of dementia. It’s not just about fitness. It’s about remembrance, resilience, and raising hope.

Our Dementia Hub is a lifeline. With your help, we can continue offering meaningful support, activities, and connection to those affected by dementia across Wales.

If you can, please support me on this journey. Every donation — big or small — gets us one step closer to a kinder, more supported future.

Step with me. Give if you can. Share if you care.
