Royal Parks Half Marathon 2023 · 8 October 2023 ·

QEST funds the training and education of talented and aspiring craftspeople, helping to sustain Britain's cultural heritage. Support QEST's team of runners taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

Story

I'm running in the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise funds for the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST).

QEST supports supports talented and aspiring makers by funding training and education, including college courses, vocational training, apprenticeships, and one-to-one training with master craftspeople.

To date, the charity has supported over 800 makers, and they keep in touch - promoting their news, providing opportunities and offering business skill masterclasses.

They support a broad range of crafts from the traditional and contemporary, and are proud to sustain vital skills and also contribute to the evolution of craft.
