As many of you know, I (Naomi) work in Oxfam’s Festival & Events team, and I’ve played a big part in creating this brand-new virtual challenge—so, of course, I had to take part myself!
Mason and I have decided to tackle the challenge together and see how many miles we can rack up throughout March. Our goal is a minimum of 62 miles each, but we’re going to see how far we can get.
While we already go to the gym several days a week, we will be aiming for at least 2 miles a day on top of our normal activity. Our biggest challenge will be staying consistent, especially since working from home means some days I barely step outside.
I will be mostly walking (outside and on the treadmill) and Mason will be doing a mixture of walking, running and playing football.
