Story
I’m raising money for the Cardiac Unit at the Freeman Hospital. This is because 18 months ago my grandad spent almost 2 months being treated on the unit. They managed to save his life. Every penny raised goes towards improving the health and wellbeing of people in the North East and beyond. I have decided to take on a personal challenge - a Mullet Shave - to raise funds for this important cause. On October 21st, 2023, I will be shaving my mullet to show my commitment to this cause.
The work of Newcastle Hospitals Charity is vital in making a positive difference for patients, staff, and communities. The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation, Great North Children's Hospital Foundation, Charlie Bear for Cancer Care are just some of the initiatives that benefit from your donations.
My target amount is £200 GBP. Your contribution will help me reach my goal and make a real impact on the lives of those who need it most. Please visit https://charity.newcastle-hospitals.nhs.uk/ to learn more about the work of the Charity and how you can help.
