Story

During Baby Loss Awareness Week (9th -15th October), Sands volunteers are hosting Ribbon Display's in aid of Sands up and down the country. 🎗️

Each Ribbon Display provides bereaved families with the opportunity to remember their much loved babies during Baby Loss Awareness Week.

We hope with Nantwich’s first ribbon display to start conversations and help raise awareness of pregnancy and baby loss.

Funds raised in memory of the precious babies being remembered will fund further work to; support bereaved families and save babies lives so fewer and fewer ribbons are added to displays in the future.

Thank you for supporting Sands this Baby Loss Awareness Week. 💙🧡

Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity, operates across the UK: supporting anyone affected by the death of a baby; working in partnership with health professionals to ensure that bereaved parents and families receive the best possible care; and promoting improvements in practice and funding research that could help to reduce the loss of babies’ lives.

We depend on the amazing energies of our supporters to raise the vital funds that we need to deliver the wide range of services that we offer. #TeamSands
