On Sunday 17th September I'll be taking part in the Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon in aid of the Midlands Air Ambulance.

Starting and finishing in the village of Llanwddyn, Powys, the 21.26km route will run clockwise around the stunning Lake Vyrnwy and surrounding areas.
