Mind in the City and Hackney's team of runners are taking to the streets of East London to raise vital funds for mental health services in the community!

Story

In any given year mental health problems will affect one in four people in the UK, with research showing that around a third of adults have said their mental health has got much worse since March 2020

Essential mental health services, like those provided by Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest, must be ready for the increase in the severity of people's mental health problems and the trauma people have experienced over the last year

While affiliated with National Mind, we are an independent charity, responsible for raising our own funds to support vulnerable people in our local areas - with your support we're able to be there for those who need us more than ever before
