My name is Nafisa.

Many of you who know me are aware that I hold Palestine very close to my heart. Since this all started, I have tried to support in small ways, sharing information, boycotting, donating etc.

We have all seen the horrific scenes in Gaza over the last 15 months. Although a ceasefire has been agreed the people of Palestine still need us to do our bit.

I have been blessed with the support of my family, to take on this opportunity to be part of this deployment during the Holy month of Ramadan and go that little further in helping our brothers and sisters in Palestine.

ISRA-UK is sending an all-female team to pack emergency kits in Egypt and meet Palestinian refugees. Support us in delivering aid to Gaza. 🇪🇬🇵🇸

This aid will help displaced women and girls in Gaza get vital hygiene supplies, including period products and sanitary items. 🇪🇬🇵🇸

I'll be travelling to Egypt during the last ten days of Ramadan with ISRA-UK's 'Women for Gaza' deployment team to pack boxes of sanitary and hygiene items onto pallets for delivery in Palestine.
